Beautiful park, good camping and a cuppa at the Mackenzie King estate. Trail 70/71 are good snowshoeing trails. Easy to get to off the 5. Day pass was 8 bucks and there is a day pass machine there plus a washroom at P15 which is the trail head.

Great trails for hiking, snow shoeing and x-country skiing. Head into Chelsea for a coffee/tea/hot chocolate/beverage after a wonderful tour in a winter wonderland. Check the website in advance, most trails are pet friendly. The visitor centre in Chelsea has plenty of things to look at for kids, clean public washrooms and a place to warm up and change. Overall, this is a great spot for a winter family outing.

The tail head at O'Brian beach has great groomed trails for skate Ski or classic. There are a lot of ups and downs. I would say that this is a more advanced trail. You can also walk the trail easily on foot. Snow shoes are not allowed.

Make sure to check out the ruins about 1km in in the left. The path to the ruins is not groomed but not difficult.

Well maintained and organized. Big park with a lot of trails and activities (snow shoes, xcountry ski and hiking) but so crowded. They have dog friendly areas which is nice. Easy parking. Good for families. Just not good if you want to be away from the crowds, get some wilderness or take your dog off leash.

Outhouses are at the trail head with a map as well.
